Larry and Sandy Kraft are the founders of CMI. Larry is affiliated with several professional organizations. Both Larry and Sandy's previous life were school teachers.

Larry Kraft, President of CMI, founded CMi in 1978 after teaching agriculture for eight years. He has served many terms on the regional and national marble association's Board of Directors and served as National President of the Cultured Marble Institute from 1993-1994.

Sandy Kraft, Vice President of CMI, joined the company in 1979 after teaching Business Education. Sandy is the office manager and will often be the person answering the customer inquiries. She has been newsletter editor and secretary for the regional marble association.
